When I recorded my album "Return to Worship", I know I wanted a song on the album to be simply spontaneous worship. So with the help of my friend, Minister Solomon Sparrow, we went to the studio to do exactly that. And I really didn't want a whole lot of technicalities, and rehearsals and all. I just want to sing, and worship, and have it captured.
We came up with a worship song, and I did what came naturally to me. The end result was the last song on the album, titled "Free Flow Worship".
