Father's Day 2023.

Usually, during Father's Day, I make posts about Father figures in my life, and the impact/influence they have had on me. This year however, I am settled in the impact YOU have made in my life.

For you to have transitioned from this plane, yet being more impactful in my life now more than ever is an esoteric experience I don't understand. I reflect inward or look in the mirror, and I see you replicated. The more I become settled in your legacy, the more I begin to understand who I am, and who's shoulders I stand on.

Now I understand why you said you were a lone bohemian, because as I embrace the impartation you imbued on me when you laid your hands on me, I am more and more at peace in being a lone bohemian - like you.

Yes, I am more at peace now in standing in the shadow of your legacy as Prof Akponwei Jr - to influence and impact my generation, and take your name to the next level.
