This young man accidentally saved off his leg in a freak accident doing his vocation. The trauma left isolated and depressed. He became an introvert, and stayed isolated for more than 2 years.
I heard about his experience, and my nonprofit organization reach out and not only got crutches for him, but began encouraging him to venture back out into the world. This weekend was the first time he ventured back out into the world he had isolated himself from. He networked with old acquaintances, and re-engaged with the world he once knew.
It is a joy to see him reclaiming his life back. Little miracles happen everyday, and God is ready to use us to create these miracles opportunities if we simply say YES.
